- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source fixed-price type contract for the procurement of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the MH-60S aircraft Common Cockpit from Lockheed Martin Systems Integration - Owego. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GENERAL INFORMATION: Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI) is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the MH-60S aircraft Common Cockpit. LMSI alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
