- The purpose of this contract is to establish a contract for providing rooted plant materials in the form of either containerized plants or bare root seedlings. The trees and shrubs to be provided must be collected within a 100 mile radius of Heber City (Wasatch County) UT, and from an area with an elevation ranging between 4800 and 6500 feet above mean sea level.
