- The Bureau of Land Management, Las Cruces Field Office, intends to negotiate a sole-source award to Western Office Systems of Albuquerque, New Mexico for an electronic storage system cabinet and parts compatible with the Kardex System and installation for the New Mexico State Office located at 1474 Rodeo Rd., Santa Fe, NM 87505. By the guidelines prescribed under FAR Part 6.302-1, this contracting office believes that Western Office Systems is the only authorized distributor in the State of New Mexico and the one responsible source and that no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement at this time. If any vendors can meet the government requirement described herein is encouraged to submit a written notification to the Contracting Officer. All responses received within 7 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by size (e.g. small business, other than small business) in accordance with the size standard: $12 Mil for Northern America Industry Classificaiton (NAICS Code 421420 and the product service code N074.
