- Based on our current acquisition strategy, answers to additional questions received in response to the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) W9113M-05-R-0003, have been provided on the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) website, http://www.s mdc.arm y.mil/Contracts/Contracts.html. Potential offerors are reminded that regardless of any answers contained herein, the requirements stated in the final RFP are what the proposals will be evaluated against. The Government Furnished Property listing has been added to the website as has a revised Scope of Work. The Final RFP is scheduled to be issued on or about 11 March 2005 with a closing date approximately forty-five (45) days after RFP issuance. Notwithstanding responses to questions previously posted, Award Fee implementation is being revised and will be issued at a later date.
