THIS IS A SERVICE DISABLED VETER AN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PRON: AX5F0114XAX, NSN: 1560-01-115-3589, PN: 70217-02705-042, Quantity: Min: 1000 each, Max: 3944 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter, with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX. The Required delivery with First Article Test is 200 each, 39 0 days after contract award (DACA), and the required delivery without FAT is 200 each 172 DACA. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, because the government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides ar e restricted to U.S. Small Business, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will be honored.
