Description: This synopsis modification is being issued to announce that the Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract in lieu of a delivery to DAAH23-01-G-0024 or a follow-on BOA, to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, under the autho rity of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered Note(s) 22, 23, and 26.
