Description

Purchase all necessary labor and material for upgrade conversion of sub-systems of the existing integrated Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) at Bldg 370 Letterkenny Army Depot. Original ASRS is Eaton Kenway system. This action is to proc ure, by other than full and open competition from HK Systems, 515 East 100 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84102, the only known source with the expertise, knowledge, and technical data package (TDP) to provide these items. Authority Cited: Statutory Authority Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation entitled, Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agen cy Requirements.The requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
