- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; REQUEST WRITTEN SOLICITATION VIA EMAIL JONATHAN.LONG@CPA-IQ.ORG. Written questions will be accepted by jonathan.long@CPA-IQ.ORG through 13 FEB 05, send completed bid and or questions to nicole.rahmer@CAP-IQ.ORG. The Joint Contracting Command Iraq (JCCI), Baghdad, Iraq has a 3D Seismic Data Acquisition, Field Processing and Surveying Equipment and 2D/3D Processing Software requirement including spare parts supplies and necessary training, for the Iraq Oil Exploration Company. Delivery shall be 120 days after award to PCO LOGISTICS STAGING AREA ? Al BASRA, IRAQ. This solicitation, W914NS-05-Q-0032, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition. The government may make one or multiple awards from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23 and DFARS Change Notice 20040513.
