- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124V-05-T-0006 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 334310 and the size standard is less than 750 Employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Fac 2001-26 , Effective 19 Jan 2005 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The acquisition is a firm fixed priced purch ase order in support of the Montana Army National Guards Public Affairs Office. Public Affairs (PAO) require an upgrade in current duplication components for their stations. The upgrade includes machines as well as parts and cables to allow the PAO to up grade their system from a tape system to a DVC/CD system for creating and archiving events for the Montana Army National Guard.
