Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): 1 each, TDK VC-04 Camera System for EMI/TEMPEST to include 3 each, VC-04-PT-NTSC-DC, Color Video Camera, NTSC, with pan-tilt, battery power, charger, without microphone, requires SI-300 camera controller; 3 each, VC-AUD, Audio option for the VC-04 and SI-300: adds mic to camera, audio port to the SI-300CC (fiber-op tic to analog converter with 8 ohm output), 25m fiber optic cable (audio) and 6 ft RCA cable (audio), does not include speakers; 1 each, SI-300CC-4, Camera controller for VC-04, includes 4 video ports and 4 camera control ports, no audio included  must be optioned separately; 3 each, VC-Cable-Set, cable set consisting of one 25m fiber-optic video, one 25m controller cable, and one 6m coaxial cable; 2 each, VC-MUX-FIO-8026, video multiplexer (MUX), splits the signal from up to four cameras to display on a s ingle video display; 1 each, VC-LCD20, 20 inch LCD display; Modifications to existing cameras: 2 each, VC-AUD, add audio option to customers existing VC-04 and existing SI-300 controller, adds mic to camera, audio port to the SI-300CC (fiber optic to anal og converter with 8ohm output), 215 m fiber optic cable (audio) and 6 ft RCA cable (audio), does not include speakers; 1 each, SI-AUD, add audio port to customers existing SI-300CC (adds a fiber-optic to analog converter with 8 ohm output), this audio por t corresponds with customers existing audio-enabled camera. FOB Destination (Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number and applicable FSC Codes with this offer.
