- The purpose of this notice is to announce the cancellation of the synopsis for W91QUZ-05-R-0005 due to a change in acquisition strategy. The Army has decided to procure the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) requirement for an integrate d financial management system solution to include Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Systems Integration (SI) services support, and Application Service Provider (ASP) services support under an existing Blanket Purc hase Agreement (BPA). The requirements will be procured through the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative BPA for Systems Integration Services.
