- The 21st Contracting Squadron, LGCBA, Peterson AFB, CO., 80914, issues this pre-solicitation notice to advise all prospective offerors of our requirement for Development of Temperament Intelligence and Community Readiness Consultant Training. A Solicitation (1449), Statement of Work (SOW), and The Community Readiness Unit Service Guide for Air Force Space Command Family Support Centers are available immediately for this acquisition and shall be attached to this posting. The RFQ receipt date is 28 February 2005, 1200 Mountain Daylight Time (MTD). This acquisition is intended to be a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside.
