Description

Reseal Concrete Dike Ridge Lines, POL, Homestead ARB, Miami-Dade County, FL. The base is located approximately 30 miles south of Miami. The work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, material, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to complete work in accordance with the statement of work and all terms and conditions set forth in the contract. The acquisition is a Firm Fixed price construction contract. The SIC is 1629. The magnitude is estimated at less than $25K. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE SOLELY FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS, ?Emerging small business,? as difined in FAR 19.1002, means a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned"; NAICS 237990. The project performance period is 30 calendar days, this includes material procurement and submittal time. The proposal will be evaluated puruant to FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, "award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards". The solicitation package and all attachments shall be made available ONLY on www.eps.gov. No organized site visit shall be scheduled for this requirement, however all interested offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visits may be arranged by contacting Joanna Green, not later than 28 Feb 2005, via the information below. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACT. OFFERORS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO REGISTER OR UPDATE REGISTRATION ANNUALY WILL RENDER THEIR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR ANY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACT.
