- This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), to Analytical Graphics Inc. on a Sole Source basis to purchase Satellite Tool Kit (STK) v6.0 software to be used in the analysis and interpretation of MSX archival data and for the design and potentially real time support of anticipated Air Force systems in support of the Space Situational Awareness mission. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2001-26 effective 19 January 2005. The Government intends to award a contract for the following line items: CLIN 0001 STKPRO6-AV06-CONN6 Bundled STK/PRO, STK/Connect, and STK/Advanced VO Node Locked License; CLIN 0002 STKPRO6-AVO6-CONN6 Bundled STK/PRO, STK Connect, and STK Advanced VO Node Locked License; STKPRO6-AVO6-CONN6-UGA STK/PRO, Connect and STK/Advanced VO Annual Support and Upgrades; STKMATLAB6 STK/MATLAB Interface to MATLAB-NODE Locked License COV6 STK/COVERAGE Module-Node Locked License; CLIN 0003 STKMATLAB6-UGA STK/MATLAB Interface Annual Support and Upgrades; CHN6 STK/CHAINS Module-Node Locked License; CHN6-UGA STK/CHANINS Annual Support and Upgrades; COV6-UGA STK/COVERAGE Module Annual Support and Upgrades; TRAW-ADVSTK Four Days STK Training Scheduled Course (per person). Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION. This requirement is determined to be available only from Analytical Graphics Inc. because the modular design of the software suite enables the purchase of only the needed modules without unnecessary pieces yet allows easy expansion should additional needs arise. No formal requests will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
