- This is a notice of VISN-2?s intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Healthprolink Inc., 12505 Bel Red Rd. Suite 208, Bellevue, WA 98005 for Healthprolink Remote System Quantifi software to include an HPL-RS ADT System Interface to VistA (Enterprise Edition Version v3.6.2.0103). This is a web-based clinical workload management & documentation system for pharmacies that will be installed on two VISN-2 servers and configured to run over the VISN-2 WAN, rather than through an ASP configuration. This is the only pharmacy clinical documentation software package found through market research that offers an interface to patient demographics. The interface is critical because it allows for quick and accurate collection of patient specific information, and reliable recall of historic documentation. Product also has an interface to Lexicomp drug information system that can be used to research medication information while in the system documentation window. NAICS code 541511 applies. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for offers; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet our requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information about their product(s). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will generally only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be in writing and submitted to the contracting officer no later than 2:00 PM EST on March 1, 2005.
