Description

Provide a Shoulder Arthroscopy System, including implants and instruments, that feature an easily and reliably inserted glenoid component and a humeral component with cutting guides aiding in humeral head resection on a consignment basis for the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN for the period April 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005 with two (2) additional option year periods. Estimated usage is 24 per year. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a consignment provision as a result of solicitation RFP 618-112-05. Bid documents are available on or about February 15, 2005 and can be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov. Proposals are due March 15, 2005 at 4:30 pm Central Time.
