Description

Note 22 applies. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD), intends to enter into a contract with Research Engineers International (REI), partner of LARSA Software, and exclusive reseller and distributor of LARSA 4D Software, which is based on AASHTO LRFD specifications. This time dependent analysis software is used to design segmental bridges with a true 3D analysis engine with unique features including staged construction analysis; these features interface and integrate into a single application. The estimated value of this acquisition is $65,000.00 Exception to Note 22: The Government will consider proposals received within 14 days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
