- Forest wide tree planting on the Prairie City Ranger District, Emigrant Creek Ranger District, and Blue Mtn. Ranger District, Malheur National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform all work specified herein for planting Government-furnished coniferous tree seedlings in general reforestation units on all Districts.Three bid items will be issued. Acres for each district are as follows:Emigrant Creek Ranger District = 378 acresBlue Mtn. Ranger District = 2485 acresPrairie City Ranger District = 3567 acres and 5178 hardwood seedlings This project is 100% Small Business set aside. The solicitation will be posted electronically to FedBizOpps on March 7, 2005.
