- Description
- The contractor is responsible to furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, services, supervision, permits, and licenses necessary to spray herbicide on up to 300 acres of noxious weed on the South Platte Ranger District of the Pike National Forest. The contractor is also responsible to record GPS locations of each sprayed site and collect minimal site data according to Forest Service requirements. The specifications are performance based with the following evaluation factors: Prior Experience, Past Performance, Competing Contracts, Quality Control Plan, Work Plan and Progress Scedule. The contract includes a base year with two option years, if exercised, for a total of three years possible. Options will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The period of performance for the base year and each year exercised is from approximately April 1 through September 30 for the field work and till October 31 for the submission of the reports.
