- Description: Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-1601, RE050110170000, consists of (1) NSN 6840-01-104-0780, Insecticide Pyrethrin. In accordance with Part Number BP-300, Whitmire Micro-Gen, Cage 67184. EPA Reg. No. 499-450. In accordance with Part Number Pyronyl Oil Conc #3610, Prentiss Drug & Chemical Co Inc, Cage 86586. EPA Reg. No. 655-501. In accordance with Part Number Pyrethrins Fogging Concentrate 3610. EPA Reg. No. 6218-56. EPA Registration Labeling is required for use in ultra low dosage application equip. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. EPA Label is required. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 251 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. This is a commercial item. The request for proposal is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract, with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 557(base year), 352(option years). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 88 for the base year only. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SNG) New Cumberland, PA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. Surge and Sustainment are not required. The solicitation will contain Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Provision clause. The solicitation will issue on ? March 7, 2005, ? with a closing date of April 7, 2005.
