Gentex is the OEM, Cage 60240, P/N G001-3015-01, Specifications plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described is not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination to be cited on each delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton CA, or New Cumberland, PA or Richmond, VA. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, IAW QAP 003, for an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four one-year options,Other than Full or Open (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Configuration Controlled Item, Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, Origin Inspection, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil.home or http://12.3.216.20/home On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
