The Contracting Officer is: Karen Clements, 804-279-6171. This solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing other than full and open Competition. Est. Issue Date: March 15, 2005, Est. Closing Date April 5, 2005. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is a critical application item, Configuration Control. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 254 days ARO. The base year estimated annual quantity is 67 each. The estimated annual quantity for each option year is 108 each. Surge and Sustainment is not required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
