The Contracting Officer is: Karen Clements, phone is 804-279-6877. This solicitation will be issued, as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing other than full and open competition. The intended sources are: Capy machine Shop Inc, Cage 0BVP9, Design O/L Inc, Cage 0R2T5, Miller Stuart INC, Cage 52977, and Northwest Machining, Cage 9J448. Mylar is required. Est. Issue Date: March 15, 2005 with Est. Closing Date April 5, 2005. Subject item is non-commercial. First Article/Preproduction Approval Government Testing is required. This is a critical application item with Configuration Control, and Export Control. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection, and Acceptance at Origin, 280 days after the date of contract. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed Buy. The quantity is 20 each. An Export Control Technical Data Package is available for this NSN at DSCR for certified contractors. To become certified, request and submit a DD Form 2345 to DLSC.
