- PR #: LTCRE050060180000,NSN 4010-00-385-5974, CHAIN ASSEMBLY,SINGLE LEG RFP #: SP040605R1395 Contracting Officer: GAIL GARY /804-279-6851 Issue Date: MARCH 01, 2005, Closing Date: APRIL 01, 2005. This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 62 days ARO. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. A Surge Plan is required. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
