- This solicitation will establish a Definite Quantity Contract with a 100% quantity option. ******** It contains 3 pairs of NSNs (1560-01-516-2561 & 1560-01-516-2568), (1560-01-193-8094 & 1560-01-523-2423) and (1560-01-515-2927 & 1560-01-516-0986). ******* This solicitation could result in split awards for any combination of the solicited pairs and will be evaluated on a "Pair by Pair" basis. *********** Contractors must quote both items in a paired set in order for their offer to be evaluated. ********* Contractors can quote one, two, or all three pairs. Contractors quoting more than one pair must submit an explanation on how they will simultaneously manufacture all items quoted. ********* Only contractors listed as approved sources are eligible to receive a contract to manufacture these parts. Manufacturers not listed must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. *********** DSCR DOES HAVE AN EXPORT CONTROL TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP) FOR ALL NSNs. THE TDPs WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE (03/02/05).
