- The Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise Services Office (DES-ACC) intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Oracle Corporation, 1910 Oracle Way, Reston VA 20190. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 511210. The required contract will be for the continued support of the Defense Technical Information Center???s (DTIC) suite of Oracle software products (1 Year). DTIC uses Oracle software on a host of different servers operating in the UNIX environment. The Oracle software is proprietary containing trademark information and thus can not be maintained (updated or upgraded) by other sources. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However the Government will consider all responses received by publication due date of this notice. Responses must be received on or before the close of business 21 Feb 05.
