- NAICS Code: 325120 The purpose of this amendment is to change the language in the statement of work (sow) that DESCRIBES "KRYPTON CONCENTRATION" FOR THE BULK ARGON GAS (MICROBULK) . NOTE: TO PRODUCE LESS THAN 1000 INTENSITY COUNTS PER SECOND AT MASS 83 ON AN ICP-MS CAN NOT BE ACCOMPLISHED TO MEET THE US-DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE/NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY, (NIST) REQUIREMENTS. THE LANGUAGE IS CHANGED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: A specification of <5 ppm v/v krypton (e.g. mass 83; or 10 ppm all Krypton isomers) in the delivered liquid argon as determined by mass spectrometry referenced directly (or indirectly) to a NIST gas standard. Test samples must be gathered from routine Batch Analysis that defines the production of that liquid argon, as being under full process control, by the producer and/or by an approved/certified third party analytical lab.
