- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane.? Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) for a maximum ceiling amount of $750,000. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options. This training involves a cooperative effort between UCSD and the NSWC Crane Marine Corps Program Department at Fallbrook, CA for training services in accordance with a Government Statement of Work. These services are to provide Quality Assurance Training to foreign military students on a recurring basis. Most of the courses will be held at the Fleet Training Center, Naval Station San Diego; however, occasionally there may be a requirement for a course to be taught in Cairo, Egypt. These education and training services are being procured from UCSD at the direction of the Egyptian Government in accordance with FAR 6.302-4.
