- Description
- The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for Catered Meals to be served at the Detroit Light Guard Armory at 4400 E. Eight Mile Rd Detroit, MI. The meal needs to be served on a weekend, maximum two weekends per month, Saturday and Sunday with t he number of meals ranging from 58 to 264 on different days. The first meal to begin on 26 February 2005 and the anticipated last meal on 10 July 2005. Each line item in the solicitation will give the exact date and count for each meal needed. Please read entire solicitation as all requirements and special instructions must be met for bid to be considered. Solicitation W912JB-05-T- 2009 will be available at our web site on or about 8 February 2005 at http://www.selfridgecontracting.com/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp . Completed proposals must be submitted to the USPFO for Michigan no later than 17 Februa ry 2005 12:00 PM. The projected contract award date is on or about 22 February 2005. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements.
