- 1. Request that the following synopsis be advertised for a Request for Proposal/Source Selection Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity catering contract: General Information: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W912L09-05-R-0002, Contracting Office Address USPFO for Indiana, 2002 S. Holt Rd. Ste 109, Indianapolis IN 46241-4839 Description Category: Catering of Meals for Troops at Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh IN Solicitation Number. W912L09-05-R-0002, Services, to provide all labor, food, equipment and appliances necessary and not provided by Government furnished property. These items may include extra refrigeration units, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and any linen supplies to be utilized by the of feror. The provider must be prepared to adjust the quantity of meals served with as little as 48 hours notice depending on troop movements. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The total performance period is one base year with four option years to be renewed annually at the Government's convenience for a total of five calendar years after award of contract. The solicitation issue date is on/about 02 March 2005. Proposal closing date is on/about 14 April 2005. A firm-fixed price IDIQ contract will be awarded. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Ref: FAR 19(c)(2). Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business concer ns in accordance with FAR 52.219-4 is applicable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722310 and the Size Standard for Small Businesses is $28.5 million annual receipt for the past 3 years. A Small Business subcontracting pla n will be required if the offeror is a large business and must be submitted with offer. The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. All amendments, site visit minutes and questions will be posted on the web. The solicitation will be availabl e through the following internet site http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. In accordance with DOD regulations all potential offeror s are required to register in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ in order to be considered for award.. The contract will be awarded under Source Selection procedures specified in the solicitation. Evaluation factors include Pri ce, Past Performance and Technical requirements to included but not limited to the proposed work schedule. There will be a Pre-proposal Conference on 11 March 2005.
