- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 113310, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number 201305 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with one attachment (area map). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2001-26 & 27, effective 1 Jan 05. The Government intends to award one contract for the following line item number (CLIN 0001) for the Selective Lumber Harvesting (silvicultural method) of approximately 40 acres from the Clear Brook area on New Boston Air Force Station, NH. This non-personal service involves all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform the requirements of the purchase order and statement of work specifications. The performance period begins 21 Mar 05 and must be completed no later than 31 October 05. Site Visit(Apr 1984) ? offererors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy thmeselves regarding all eneral and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent tha the information is resonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constiute grounds of for a claim after contract award. A site visit is scheduled for 24 Feb 05 at New Boston Air Force Station, NH (please contact this office in advance to confirm attendance an obtain directions). The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; Complete the pricing tables in each statement of work (SOW). FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal).
