- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to the Tennessee Hospital Association to provide Joint Commission Resource program for continuous survey readiness. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes however, responses received on or before February 23, 2005 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must submit in writing evidence that demonstrates their ability to provide a program of ongoing education and training focusing on performance improvement and system effectiveness designed to support health care organizations achieve and maintain a state of continuous compliance with JCAHO standards. Offerors must also submit three references. Information should be submitted to Susan Kemp, Contracting Officer, Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
