- Solicitation Number SP0406-05-R-1132, YPG05004000895, NSN 6830-00-985-7283, Sulfur Hexafluoride, Full Cylinder. Destination inspection required. This NSN is procured in accordance with VSTD NR ASTM D2472-00, QAP 002 applies. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation and will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
