- This would be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with possible options. The government is looking to have the following two badges manufactured identical to the two badges that are used now. The International Officer Graduate badge from the U.S. Army Comm and and General Staff College comes in a two piece set. 1) The larger badge for wear on the dress uniform is 2 inches in diameter and weighs 1.40 ounces. The center of the badge has the Command and General Staff College lamp and is surrounded by the wor ds, COMMAND AND GENERAL STAFF COLLEGE U.S.A. The outer ring of the badge is shaped like a sunflower with 12 light petals and 12 dark petals. The back of the badge has two pins with clasps to attach the badge to the uniform jacket. 2) The smaller badge for wear on a civilian blazer/sportcoat is 1 inch in diameter and weighs .30 ounces. The center of the badge has the Command and General Staff College lamp and is surrounded by the words, COMMAND AND GENERAL STAFF COLLEGE U.S.A. The outer ring of the badge i s shaped like a sunflower with 12 light petals and 12 dark petals. The back of the badge has two pins with clasps to attach the badge to the uniform jacket.
