- The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,888 rentable square feet or 4,250 usable square feet of office and related space with 12 reserved parking spaces with the capability to provide 2 parking spaces within 3 blocks from the offered site. Space located on the second floor is preferred, space on the first floor may be considered. Delineated Area: First consideration will be given to space in the Central Business District (CBD) of Pascagoula, MS. The CBD is bounded by the following: West by Frederic Street, East by Market Street, South to North Convent Avenue., Jackson Ave. If no suitable space can be found in the CBD, the following applies: North I-10, South Gulf of Mexico, Est Hwy 63 and West Hwy 57. Other Items Considered: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2005 or sooner. Term: Ten years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation rights after 5 years.
