- Amendment No. 0006 was issued on February 4, 2005 providing the following changes: 1. The RFQ receipt date is extended to February 25, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. in GSA, PBS, Property Development Division (9PCS), ATTN: Beverly Chin, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd floor West, San Francisco, California 94102. 2. Section L, Paragraph 3(C), page 2, is changed to read as follows: "The Government will not pay any costs incurred in the submission of any proposal for Phase 1 ? Request for Qualifications. For those offerors selected by the Contracting Officer to participate in Phase II - Request for Proposals (RFP), GSA shall provide each offeror with a stipend in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), but only if the offeror is determined by the Contracting Officer to be in the competitive range. The payment of this stipend does not in any way commit the Government to execute a contract for the requirements in this Solicitation." 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
