Description
NAICS Code: 334516 The purpose of this amendment to RFQ-OH-05-00037 is to add four requirements to the original list of specifications. After further review of the government's minimum performance needs, the following specifications are hereby added: 7) The instrument shall have a scanning resolution that meets or exceeds 10 line pairs/mm for optimum performance and image quality. 8) The instrument shall offer expandability and be ready to accept a 670 near-infrared laser to accommodate future applications using dyes that utilize this wavelength for excitation. 9) The instrument shall be able to scan microtiter plates. 10) Pricing shall include a minimum of 10 cassettes and imaging plates capable of accepting standard 35 x 43 cm films in order to accommodate the needs of multiple users. The deadline for submitting quotations (or revised quotations) is Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at 10:00 AM EST. All other references in the original announcement remain unchanged.
