- ANY REQUESTS MUST BE WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE AND FAX NUMBER, PLEASE NO EMAILS UNABLE TO ACCESS IT. THERE SHALL BE A MANDATORY ON-SITE VISIT ON 15 February 2005 at 9:30 AM, failure to attend on-site meeting shall result as an unacceptable bid. The United States Naval Academy (USNA) has a requirement to purchase the following: Clin 0001 ? Gemini 3 Phase Oven model number V52; Gemini three (3) rack oven direct natural gas fired having a capacity of three (3) single racks, each rack 18-1/2 inch by 26 inch by 70 inches. Measurements 98 inches wide by 78 inches deep by 91 inches high. Shall include the following: patented IBS backing system in which racks rotate both clockwise and counter clockwise at regular intervals assuring an even bake. Two (2) drive belts for rack rotation. All stainless steel construction inside and out. Patented cascade steam system of aluminum and stainless steel construction, water connection 3/8 inch at 50 PSI. Water pressure regulator and water filter are needed. Stainless steel heat exchanger with two (2) blowers in bottom of oven for even heat distribution. Gas fired at 477,000 BTU per hour 1 inch NPT ? 1-1/4 inch supply and 4-1.5 inch to 10 inch W.C. Two (2) electrical lines are needed 208/60/3, 15A and 120/60/1 ? 15A. Insulation 6 inches of overlapping rock wool plus 1 inch air space at oven exterior. Loading door to have two (2) double glazed windowpanes, inner pane heat reflecting and outer pane shall be top hinged to open outward with two (2) fluorescent light bulbs for interior lighting located behind the window. Loading door shall have two (2) cylinder locks to insure tight fit when closed. All door hinges recessed, platform turning system to hold three (3) racks. Each rack shall be 20 inches by 26 inches by 70 inches. Pre-wired programmable digital control panel. 1 Each. Clin 0002 ? Remove existing oven and prep floor area for new oven, contractor shall be responsible for putting up barriers so that daily duties can still be performed. 1 Lot. Clin 0003 ? Installation ? shall consist of on a level and non-combustible floor, 24 inch clearance from oven top to ceiling required type two (2) baking canopy for oven loading door shall include fire, adjustments, and training. 1 Lot.
