- This is an amendment to N65540 that was issued on 4 February 2005. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA may have in the future an 8(a) requirement for the furnishing of engineering and technical analysis and support services in connection with assigned tasks for Naval Surface Ships with emphasis on Surface Combatants and associated program initiatives. The tasks will require support in the Philadelphia, PA (77%), Everett, WA (1.5%), Washington, DC (1.5%), Pascagoula, MS (8%), Bath, ME (5%), Mayport FL (1.5%), Norfolk, VA(2%), San Diego, CA (2%) and Yokosuka, Japan (1.5%). Other locations may need to be visited to support assigned tasking. On site technical services related to system testing at ship building yard locations. On site technical services related to Ship Post Shakedown Availability work package monitoring, Control Integrated Product Team, development/maintenance of technical databases, and support logistical ele! ments including COSAL, APL, Technical Manuals, Training and PMS.
