- The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, has a requirement for road maintenance located in Colorado in the following counties: Chaffee, Delta, Custer, Fremont, Garfield, Gunnison, Moffat, Montrose, Teller, Eagle, Mesa and Rio Blanco Counties. The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to maintain roads. Part of the work shall be completed by crawler tractor with ripper and paid for by the hour and part of the work shall be completed by motor grader and paid for by the mile. The government estimate for the project is under $100.000.00 and is set aside for small businesses. Project performance period is 173 days. Interested parties are invited to a prebid conference at the BLM Grand Junction Field Office at 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, Colorado 81506 on February 22, 2005 at 7:45 a.m. Contact is Michele Derfler, Contracting Officer (970)244-3175. This requirement will be advertised on or about February 18 through March 18, 2005. Offers will be accepted at the BLM, 2815 H Road, Attn EFO, Grand Junction, CO 81506 or can be faxed to (970)244-3130 or submitted electronically no later than 3-18-05. All offers will be considered.
