- Description
- The work consists of clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposal of material therefrom; furnishing and placing of filter material and riprap; the installation of 24-inch, corrugated metal pipe; the installation of a 24-inch, fl ared end section; turfing; and environmental protection. The estimated cost range of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone small business concerns. For th e purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had an average annu al sales receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS code 237990. Solicitation will issue on or about 22 Feb 2005 and bid opening will be on or about 24 Mar 2005.
