- Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform mowing, trimming, and herbicide application services for parks/areas located in the vicinity of Lake Dardanelle, under the jurisdiction of Russellville Project Office, Russellville , Arkansas. The contract period is 1 March 2005, or date of award, through 28 February 2006 with options to extend through 28 February 2010. Solicitation will be made available on or about 09 February 2005. Proposals are due on or abo ut 02 March 2005. The solicitation will not be made available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the proposal submi ttal, including amendments to the proposal submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of proposal will not be allowed. Solicitation may be downloaded from the website upon registration at the ECS internet website https://ecs.usace. army.mil/. Numbered note 1 applies. The following NAICS # 561730 will apply with a size standard of $6,000,000.00.
