- The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command - Picatinny intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Techno Sciences Inc., to do a modification to perform additional services under the current purchase order number W15QKN-04-M-0176. Services to include, development, integration and testing of system specific software and control system development for the Picatinny Remote Weapon Station (Opica RWS) in accordance with SOW. Techno Science has developed the necessary design models and control software for two axis turret motion and weapon stabilization. Their expertise is essential to further improvements This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22. Point of Contact for this action is Theresa J.
