- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide quote for mobile storage units and office workspace furniture including installation on Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Requirement for mobile storage is for 2 track uni t systems each approximately 15 feet long, 9 feet wide and 7 feet tall to be installed side by side in a storage bay. Workspace requirement includes computer stations, partitions, meeting space, desktops and chairs for 2 separate rooms. Each room is to be outfitted for 2 to 3 workers. Detailed requirements and layout will be explained during a site visit to be conducted 10 February 2005. Site visit time is 1030 MST at Bldg. 7450, Room 120 on Fort Carson. Award shall be made only to contractors who have reg istered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ or http://www.arnet.gov/far/. Effective January 1, 2005 all offerors are required to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Pa rtner Network (BPN), at http://www.bpn.gov. Award will not be made unless registered. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose off er conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
