- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the purchase of 2 ea OmniBusBox, MIL-STD-1553 Bus Monitor sets including software and cables to support testing and software support for AN/ALQ-211(V)4 Foreign Military Sales. NSNs: N/A; P/Ns: CP-162-551-438 (2 ea), Noun: Omnibus 3 Foot Cable, LFH60 to 4ea TWINAX Cables/wP175 connectors and D-Subs, P/N: 16037 (2 ea) and Noun: 3 Foot Cable, LFH60 TO 25 PIN D-Subs, P/N 16036 (2 ea). Description: Ballard CoPilot 1553 bus tool, including software and cables to interface with government developed software. Quanties of 2 ea of listed part numbers with a required delivery of 30 days ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Ballard Technology, 3229A Pine Street, Everett, WA 98201 (Cage Code 0H231) under the authority of 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
