- Headquarters Standard Systems Group (HQ SSG) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to System Dynamics, Inc, 12502 Exchange Dr, Ste 440, Stafford, TX 77477, to provide WR-ALC JTAG Emulator and software. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The existence of copyrights and data proprietary to Micro Focus preclude any other source from providing the full range of services required to meet the Air Force's need. A Firm-Fixed Price contract for one year is contemplated. The Air Force has determined that the required services are commercial items as defined in FAR 2.101. Solicitation and award will utilize FAR Part 12 procedures, terms and conditions. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within the next 10 days or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Air Force. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511210 and has a revenue standard of $21,000,000. Please indicate in your response whether you are a large business, small business, very small business, small disadvantaged business, (8)a concern, woman-owned small business, HUB-zone small business, veteran owned small business, or service disabled veteran owned small business. Also, specify in your response whether you are a U.S. owned or foreign owned firm. See government-wide numbered note 22.
