- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: WELL WATER STUDY AT RANDOLPH AFB, in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This solicitation is used as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers ( oral offers will not be accepted), on Solicitation FQCES143130100. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541620 and the size standard is $6.0 mil. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore the evaluation procedures at FAR 13.106-2 will be used. A firm fixed price award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the quote that provides the best value to the government. Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit a written price quote to include discount terms. All responses will be considered. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. To register, you may apply through the Internrt at http://www.ccr.gov. Responses to this notice shall be provided in writing via e-mail to rodolfo.diaz@randolph.af.mil no later than February 17, 2005 at 1630 (4:30 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME).
