Description: Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to David Clark Company Inc. for Headsets (12510G-26 style) to David Clark Company Inc, 360 Franklin Street, Worchester, MA 01615.00054. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because David Clark Company Inc. is the only vendor that can meet the requirement for Headsets (12510G-26 style).
