Description

The VA North Texas Health Care System intends to Award a contract to replace its freezer condenser and evaporator unit located at Sam Rayburn Memoril Veterans Center in Bonham, Texas and to remove the unit being replaced. The full description statement of work is attached to this announcement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued as an anticipated sole source. Request for Quote (RFQ) 549-05-2-5090-0081 is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable authority for this intent is far 6.302. All quotes must meet the listed requirements in this announcement. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS code 811310 and size standard is $17,500,000.00. This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB is destination. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of the equipment.
