Description

The VA Network 22 Logistics Office seeks proposals for a firm, fixed-price, service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide preventive maintenance inspections and intervening service calls on Government-owned Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps. Equipment is located at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073, VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822, and VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Contract is for a one (1) year base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods. Solicitation to be available on 02/14/05 with proposals due on 03/18/05.
